How It Works
I offer one-on-one sessions for those who wish to start working on their material immediately. These sessions can help get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
The time in between sessions is an opportunity to practise your tools in real life and watch how you react less to triggers, remain calm in situations that would have previously caused a reaction, draw boundaries without fear and let go of anxiety, in addition to many more positive and healthy changes.
Every part of your journey will be supported, and I will help you unearth and excavate the deepest areas that need healing - knowing that I have walked exactly where you have. I offer the benefit of more than a therapist or a coach, I offer a lived experience and so truly understand all the feelings and hesitations you may face. The specific tools will help you work on control, fear, shame, fear of conflict, abandonment, rejection and guilt, to name a few.
Next Steps
Sessions are fortnightly for 50 minutes in-person or on Zoom. Individual session space is limited so book now if you are ready to begin your journey! You can also email info@befriendingvulnerability.com or contact us if you have any questions.

Once you have booked your initial session, a free 15-minute consultation will be scheduled on Zoom to discuss the details of how to go forward including scheduling and all other admin. Each session is £150. A welcome pack will be sent to you before we begin, with questionnaires that are designed to help identify the areas that need healing. We will also work with the material that is showing up in your relationships and daily life. Please bring your questions to this consultation.
