Workshops are designed to teach you specific skills to identify what makes you feel vulnerable and how to sit with it. They are all in group format and no group is larger than 10 people, so pick the days below that work for you. The workshops are both online and in-person.
It is not recommended that you come with someone you know as it will hinder you from truly being vulnerable. No one likes to be judged but it’s especially hard to shed judgement and give yourself permission to deeply feel what you need to.
In-person workshops are 2 days long, from 10am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. All in-person sessions will be held in central London. The closest station is Paddington or St Johns Wood, depending on the venue.
Online sessions are 2 hour weekly slots at the same day and time each week for 6 weeks.
The cost of the workshop is the same regardless of the format you choose.
